The Heatmap Graveyard
Your contribution graph has 30 consecutive weeks of pure zeroes in the middle of the year. Even tumbleweeds leave more of a trail.
P@ssw0rd Security Engineer
Your DevOps repo has 'P@ssw0rd' hardcoded in the Vagrantfile. The bio says 'Observability Engineer' — you'd think you'd observe that.
4 Stars, 0 Forks, 0 PRs
21 public repos, 5 followers, 1 PR this year, and 4 total stars — 2 of which are on your own profile README. The community has noticed your work in the same way it notices elevator music.
README Collector
3 of your 4 scored repos either have no README or ARE a README. There's a difference between documentation-driven development and just... documentation.
CSS DevOps Engineer
Your bio says DevOps & Observability, but 28% of your codebase is CSS and your IAC repo is somehow tagged as a CSS project. Jenkins pipelines are not that stylish.

IAC_Vagrant
Vagrant Infrastructure-as-Code project for VMware ESXi with multi-tier application stack (vprofile). Features 5-VM architecture via single Vagrantfile, functional provisioning scripts, but no license, tests, CI, or password security hardening.
Abdulrahman-Kazamel /
DevOps-Study
Personal study notes on DevOps topics (Kubernetes, Jenkins, Docker, monitoring) compiled in Jupyter/Markdown format. No README, tests, CI, or significant codebase structure—educational reference material without production utility.
Abdulrahman-Kazamel /
dockerize-app-using-flask
Educational microservice demo with Flask API, PostgreSQL, and Nginx proxy. Lacks README, tests, CI, type hints, and documentation. Minimal commit history (5 of 30 in 5 days) over simple codebase (~16 KB).

Abdulrahman-Kazamel
Personal profile/CV repository — a formatted README with employment history and skills badges. No executable code, tests, CI, or license. Purely portfolio documentation, not a shipped software project.

▸ How the pipeline works
- 01Scrape.Pull every non-fork repo pushed in the last 90 days, plus your contribution calendar, followers, and language byte counts — straight from GitHub's REST & GraphQL APIs.
- 02Triage.A small model reads every repo's file tree + README and picks the 20 files per repo that actually reveal how you code.
- 03Grade each repo. All repos run in parallel through a fast scoring model that reads the picked files and rates each one independently on Impact, Quality, and Depth — with evidence citations.
- 04Aggregate. A larger reasoning model combines the per-repo scores with server-computed stats (heatmap, commit cadence, language entropy, follower count) to produce the 6-dimension profile score + roasts.
- 05Correct.Deterministic server-side checks enforce anchor-scale floors (e.g. a profile with 2,000+ public commits can't score 30 Consistency) and recompute the final verdict.
~90 seconds per profile, ~$0.25 in compute. Total of ~240 files read across your top-12 repos. One rating per GitHub account per day.
▸ Data sources & caveats
- Heatmap & commit totals: GitHub GraphQL
contributionsCollection— covers the last 365 days, includes private repos when the user has opted in (default). - Language %: byte totals across the top 30 owned non-fork repos.
- Curve: a small upward nudge centered on raw score ≈ 70, capping at 100. Prevents specialists from being unfairly penalised for narrow breadth.
- Anchor corrections: when server-measured signals (e.g. privateWorkLikely, multiRepoVolume, follower count) mandate a minimum category score, the aggregation step enforces it. These are signal-conditional, not identity-based floors.
